Apartment Annonciade - Monaco

Located in the L’Annonciade building in Monaco’s residential La Rousse-Saint-Roman district, this two-room apartment has been entirely redesigned by Studio Quentin in a contemporary and refined spirit.
The project revolved around a meticulous study of materials, with a curated selection of high-end finishes: elegant textures, soft tones, and finely crafted details enhance every space.
The existing structure was integrated with precision to create a coherent, sophisticated, and serene interior a space where comfort, aesthetics, and lasting quality coexist at the heart of Monaco.
