RASHID RIVANI x STUDIO QUENTIN Monaco 2023

Floor area: 150 sqm

Born from the meeting of two complementary creative worlds, this collaboration between Rashid Rivani and Studio Quentin brings to life a three-room apartment conceived as a manifesto of contemporary refinement.

Here, interior design unfolds through a subtle balance of natural materials, precious finishes, and pure, elegant lines. The space is built around controlled contrasts: Verde Alpi marble and Silver Mocha travertine dress the main surfaces, infusing the rooms with a textured, sophisticated mineral presence. These expressive stones converse with the modernity of matte black metal used for taps and handles lending the whole a sense of graphic rigour. Wood, ever-present, varies according to the volumes: deep and warm in the dark joinery of the libraries and wardrobes, lighter and more classic in the custom-designed herringbone parquet, crafted in natural varnished oak. This flooring, inspired by Versailles panels, lends a discreet, almost timeless elegance to the living area.
The kitchen plays with illusion through trompe-l’oeil doors, where aesthetics and functionality merge seamlessly.
3D-printed cornices punctuate the space, reflecting the project’s bespoke approach and attention to detail.

This interior celebrates a way of living that honours material, craftsmanship, and the understated grace of quiet luxury.
