Cap d'Ail - Apartment Renovation

In this two-bedroom apartment of approximately 95 m² in Cap d’Ail, Studio Quentin envisions a contemporary interior where natural materials interact with light. The layout is reconfigured to create a second bathroom, giving each bedroom its own.

Travertine, wood flooring and bespoke joinery form a warm palette, accented by bronze finishes. Textures and reflections complement one another, striking a balance between understated simplicity and elegance.

Integrated into the cornices, indirect lighting defines the architectural volumes and casts a soft glow. It follows the lines of the architecture, contributing to the interior’s enveloping atmosphere.

Currently under construction, the project reflects equal attention to everyday comfort and carefully considered details: an apartment reimagined to bring together privacy, flow and modern living.
